Vending Cart Certification

Many States require that any vending cart be certified to NSF.  The following map indicates those States with that requirement.

Note:  The map is correct as of publication.  However, laws and legislation are continually changing and while the map can be used as a guideline an operator should check with their State rather than relying on this information exclusively.  

States in the deeper blue color require certification to NSF.
